You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a free trial period with limited usage. The trial includes:

• 1 week of access to Media Studio
• 5 AI image generations
• 5 AI video generations
• 5 Instagram posts

5. Subscriptions and Payments

After the trial period, you may subscribe to a paid plan at $45.99/month for unlimited access. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activities
• Spam or fraudulent purposes
• Violating any third-party rights
• Attempting to breach security measures

7. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the Service for personal use is yours. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with platform terms and laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Slick Post is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
